SHIPPING

Australia:
FREE Standard Shipping on all orders Australia-wide.

Express Shipping for $11.00.

International:
Prices start at $25 and increase in price pending the weight or volume of the garment/s.

Processing
All orders are processed on the same day if purchased and paid before 5 pm and dispatched the following business day (Mon-Fri) of an order being processed. All packages are delivered by curriers and are covered for a loss during transit up to $300 of the value. It is important to know that cover policy cannot cover damaged parcels. If you require cover for damaged items, you can arrange this separately. 

Parcels are sent by road, so delivery is not guaranteed to be express. However, for same-city deliveries, we typically expect things to arrive by the next business day (and within 2-3 days for interstate parcels).

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen, or delayed by the curriers. You are responsible for letting us know about undelivered parcels and we take care of initiating insurance policy cover claims for lost in transit items. 

Orders using store credit as a means of payment can only be refunded as store credit. Store credits are valid for 12 months. We will not accept credit codes after this period.

From time to time, Wearberry may offer free postage or alternatively free postage on orders that exceed a specified amount as a part of a promotional offer. If you return an item for a credit code and received free postage, the cost of postage ($10) will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking: Note that all orders can be tracked online. Please contact order@wearberry.com if you have any queries. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen, or delayed by customs/curriers.
Taxes and Duties: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.   It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
